Change Last Change Date in person document from always being in GMT Time

When password checking is enabled in a Domino server and a person document the Administration TAB has a field for Last Changed Date. This field is always set with GMT time irrespective of what Time zone the customer happens to be in.

it would be more useful for this time stamp to be in the Time Zone that the Domino server is running on.

So that administrator do not need to convert timezone manually to verify last password change time.
