Provide some way to customize popup message displayed for Mail database which is over its quota

When mail database's size is over its quota, the popup message shown in the attachment of this ticket will be opened.


Our customer found the current message is difficult to be understood by end users and wants to customize it.


But unfortunately, there is no way to do that in current Notes/Domino 9.0.x/10.0.x/11.0.x/12.0.x.


Please provide a new function to customize this message in future release.

    I'm sorry but I dont understand the message displayed in this screen shot.

    To customize the message displayed when over quota, you can set the Notes.ini variables on the client:

    Over Quota Message INI: QUOTA_OVER_MSG=<msg txt>

    Over Quota Warning Message INI: QUOTA_WARNING_MSG=<msg txt>

    Over Quota Message Title INI: QUOTA_OVER_TITLE=<title txt>

    Over Quota Warning Message Title INI: QUOTA_WARNING_TITLE=<title txt>

    You can use a Desktop Policy setting document to push those settings to clients.
