Resource & Reservation : Add feature to edit repeating reservation document

Currently R&R database (resrcX.ntf) cannot edit existing repeating reservation document to change date/time.

If user open a document and "Ctrl + E" or double click document to edit, the following error appears.

"This is a repeating reservation and it cannot be edited."

Please add feature to edit/change repeating reservation.

    Globally, an application admin/manager should be able to edit any entry, whether repeating or not, added via a calendar or manually in the application itself. Power users do not understand why this, as a manager, is not possible.
