Ability to add detailed information into the Conflict Detected message

When editing the documents with document locking is enabled while the master lock server is shutdown, the following Conflict Detected Notification is sent to the last modifier but it becomes a loser.

Changes made to database 'db title' have NOT been incorporated into the database. There was a conflict detected. Your changes may be found in body of this message. A document link to the original document is attached to the end of the message.

Message Body:

<The updated contents>

<Document link>

It's difficult to understand which document and/or item name is conflicted until the customer opens the document link.

We need a new feature to add these detailed information into the notification message so that we can understand the details of the conflicted content without opening the document link.
