iNotes: Can't open .lnk file and it is downloaded as .download file

Customer use iNotes 10 with Edge/Chrome.

In iNotes, when you open the attached .lnk file (short cut for actual application file) in a mail, it can't be opened, and instead, .download file is downloaded.

If you use IE with ActiveX, you can open the attached .lnk file and the actual application file is opened.

Customer want to keep the same behavior.

    the .LNK extension is deemed unsafe by the Chrome developers so its extension is replaced with .download.
