If there is a Onlinemeeting sheduled in Notes via DOMI, the atendees are getting an ivitation in their Notes calendar. But many of our partners ans staff are using the webex meeting tool. There they attend to sheduled meetings and start their own meeting rooms, or can start meetings in behalf of someone else
For these people its important to see the meetings they are invited to in this shedule. this only happens when the DOMI puts all atendees to the webex site.
This has also the advantage that atendees are allowed to open a meeting wich they have not setup by themselves. In case of the original person who sat up the meeting ist not available for some reason.
I think it would be a good addon to transfer all personal mail adresses of the invitees to the webex service.
