Starting with Domino 12.0.1 there is no DSAPI filter to ACME HTTP-01 requests. The functionality has been merged into the HTTP task.
It is now available on all platforms including AIX/OS400 and is enabled by default.
No special confguration is needed.
You should remove existing DSAPI filter settings in 12.0.1. The binary is not shipped with Domino 12.0.1 and not required any more.
When starting the HTTP task the configuration is read automatically and you see a line like this:
HTTP Server: ACME HTTP-01 Extension loaded - CertMgr Server: [pluto/NotesLab]
