Describe detail conditions which will automatically execute "load runjava ISpy" during startup of Domino server

Please refer to service Now PRB0104710.

Customer found that if you added a DDM SMTP Health Probe defined in events4.nsf for Domino server, Domino will automatically execute "load runjava ISpy" during startup.

Although this behavior is supposed to be "works as design", but there is no description in Domino document (help) for this behavior.

Please add detail information into Domino document (help) for conditions which will automatically execute "load runjava ISpy" during startup of Domino server
