DBMT allow to disable FT Index update threads

The DBMT option for FT Index threads does not allow to set the value of 0.
In some cases you just want a compact for example. That's currently not possible with DBMT.


-ftiThreads or -ft <g> Use <g> threads for the rebuild of the full text indices, where g is between 1 & 100 inclusive


IMHO this should be changed to allow admins to only use for example compact before a backup.
