Add prioritize option in ACL

If a user name is included in two or more groups in ACL, the name receives the access of the group with the highest access.
If a user is included in both groupA and groupB, and manager set groupA as Designer and groupB as Creator, a user has Designer access.
If Manager want to restrict Creator ACL for a user, it needs to remove a user from groupA or add a user's ACL entry individually.

Please consider to add option to give priority to ACLs entries.

    There are no plans to introduce a priorization for ACL entries. It would complicate the access and security concept of the platform. Please continue to vote for this idea if you think it needs to be done.
