Namelookup should be restricted by ACL access

Currently, users can query a user on an address book even if he doesn't have rights to access it as long as the address book is part of the DirectoryAssistance.


This is because even if the user doesn't have the access to the names.nsf, namelookup thread performs the lookup using the identity of the server where the names.nsf is hosted.


Having a feature that enables ACL to restrict namelookup thread or something similar can help in assigning only specific names.nsf that namelookup can be performed.

    There are many different department Address book,if cannot enables ACL to restrict namelookup,it will lookup many unusful address. We would like to have it urgent.
