Two-way synchronization with other calendars would be so helpful! Atm I have to manually write into 3 calendars for work (Notes, Zoom, DingTalk). Or I just put items in my Notes calendar, and then Zoom status isn't synched so coworkers call me on Zoom while I am in a in-person meeting which is noted in my Notes calendar but Zoom status is still on "available".
With MS Outlook and Teams (MS365), this was synched automatically and it was so helpful. I am begging my IT dept to change to MS365 because Notes lacks a lot of features from my end-user-perspective AND on top it looks so clunky it gives me eye cancer. You guys will be swiped from the market in 10 years if you don't change. Other mail clients also have AI features while Notes still feels like 1999 - you guys will be swept from the market in the next 10 years if you don't move forward. "Wer nicht mit der Zeit geht, der geht mit der Zeit" ;-)
