Mail usage report for cluster environment Merged

This feature will generate mail usage report for all the mail servers in the cluster. This will also have an option to view certain category like top 25 user per server and also for per cluster.

Additional feature that would be helpful
- Statistics regarding to what most error occur for different time range (Day, weeks, or months) and to which servers encountered such events.
- Top external domains that the business is sending mails.

This will help administrator to easily check mail routing activity, stats and identify issues before resulting to bigger issues or possibly outage.
