Domlog should have auto cleaning like log.nsf

The domlog file tends to grow out of proportion therefor a notes.ini setting like the one for log.nsf to adjust number of days stored.

Also some kind of file maintenance would be good like so the file size can be managed.

All servers aren't in a multiserver environment. Many servers are in a single server environment. And it's in both types of environments that this kind of feature is good. I have some customers that have other kind of "storage of items" in domino where a 5 year, 10 year auto deletion would be good to have instead of creating agents for everything. An especially agents in large databases relaying on FT index.

You are replicating the domlog.nsf/log.nsf ?

There's a (buggy) delete agent to remove entries older than 10 days (default 10 days), also.

Then this should be enabled on domlog.nsf automatically.
I thought that was only related when you do a replication ?

What task in Domino will manage that on a single replica database ?

You can already manage the size of the NSF by enabling space saving options like "Remove documents not modified in the last x days"
