Automatic Deletion of Old or Unused Mail Database

We are looking to enable an option where the customer has the ability to automatically delete an Old or Unused Mail Database. A policy can be set in place if they can hit a specific number of days/years wherein the database is not used can be automatically deleted.

    No plans to provide this feature as part of the product. However, you can easily write an agent to automate this job. The main problem here is to define what 'unused' means.

    Lesson learned from other customers is that this will create an overhead of support tickets, e.g. users that are on long term sick leave, maternaty leave, sabatical, etc.

    Closing this as "Already exists" - please continue to vote for this idea if you think it should be part of the product.
