Allow Project Keep to be installed without the complication of Docker containers

At the moment Project Keep REST APIs can only be installed via Docker containers.

If we don't want the added complication of using Docker then we can't use it.

    That's good. We were led to believe differently in a HCL presentation.

    Since the last Beta and for GA, the Domino REST API, a.k.a Project KEEP, provides an installer that allows to run KEEP anywhere where Domino runs on Windows or Linux: Bare Metal, Virtual Machine or Container (a.k.a "Docker"). Only very early previews, out of convenience for testing, were only available in a container image only.
