Separate "Maximum message size" settings for NRPC and SMTP messages on same server.

Need a setting to set the "Maximum message size" in Server configuration document for SMTP and NRPC separately. The concern customer raised is he is aware that when email gets converted to MIME then total message size gets increased to approximately to 40%. However to accomodate this increase he has set the "Maximum message size" accordingly. But for NRPC messages he would like to set the original message size limit.

For e.g. for SMTP messages he kept the "Maximum message size" to 35MB, however for NRPC messages he would like to keep it to 25MB itself.

    which would apply to NRPC mails sent my Notes clients,

    and on the server you can then define a higher limit which applies to all mails (incl. SMTP mails)
