Archive Policy triggered by database, not only by user

Currently policies are only applied on the Person (either on person document/ policy document).

I would be able to enable an archive policy on both Persons' or some time directly on databases.


For example I want to:

create an archive policy for archiving mails from the mail-databases to mail-archive-databases

have another policy to effect these server-side mail-archive-databases to set the option to delete mail from these archive-mail-databases that are older than 10 years
