Welcome to the #dominoforever Product Ideas Forum! The place where you can submit product ideas and enhancement request. We encourage you to participate by voting on, commenting on, and creating new ideas. All new ideas will be evaluated by HCL Product Management & Engineering teams, and the next steps will be communicated. While not all submitted ideas will be executed upon, community feedback will play a key role in influencing which ideas are and when they will be implemented.

Cheers Thomas, that would be a great point, but for some unknown reason DAOS.Engine.Catalog is not a stat that can be tracked this way. And so various others.
Also, within EVENTS4.nsf only a small number of statistics are monitorable, and only among those that have a numerical value.
I would also add that even if it were possible to monitor this statistic via DDM, there are two different approaches: the one via DDM allows you to configure one, ten, fifty servers configured one by one with targeted alerts, while pushing all the statistics of all the servers my customers allows you to have available, practically without the need for any configuration, everything related to their health.
I trust that all the statistics will someday be available for alerts and that these statistics can be obtained via http posts, as it already is for the others.
I guess what you like to do is not statistics collection but more related to monitoring/alerting. e.g. when NeedsResync=1 then take action or notifiy an administrator. This can be done by using DDM/Events4 and the automation capabilities within. You can even write your own actions and trigger them when an event occurs.
