Shortname validation in the public address book

We need validation while saving the person document after updating the short name. This should check the entire directory and provide a pop-up type message in case the same short name is used earlier.

-> Need a validation in the field "short name/userID"

-> Need a validation in the field "Username"

Use case: If you accidentally enter the same alias in the "Username" field in names.nsf for a second user, this will lead to problems. For example, e-mails can no longer be delivered from outside.
