HCL Domino Ideas Portal

Welcome to the #dominoforever Product Ideas Forum! The place where you can submit product ideas and enhancement request. We encourage you to participate by voting on, commenting on, and creating new ideas. All new ideas will be evaluated by HCL Product Management & Engineering teams, and the next steps will be communicated. While not all submitted ideas will be executed upon, community feedback will play a key role in influencing which ideas are and when they will be implemented.

Groups set as "Deny list only" do not automatically appear in the "Select Addresses" window list

Domino Admin user creates a new group document as "Deny list only".
However, when Notes user create new mail and open "Select Addresses" window, the "Deny list only" group is appeared in the list.
Since it is a group to which access is not granted, the group should not appear in the recipient's selection list.

In the group document, set the users who have access to the group in the Readers field ($Readers), and the group will be invisible to all other users in the "Select Addresses" list.
However, even if you do not follow these steps, customer would like you to automatically prevent a group set up as "Deny list only" from appearing in the list of "Select Addresses".

I have created a new SPR #TKAACQB8YH on the operation of this area.
