Repeat (Start date is future) ToDo display Not Started even if the Start date is over

If I created a repeat ToDo with start from past date and due is future date, repeat weekly for 5 weeks. This entry will be displayed as In Progress, because the current date is between the start date and due date.

But I create another to do start from future date and due any time in the future, repeat weekly for 5 weeks. It will be displayed as Not Started even if the start dae is over.

Expectation: A repeat ToDo should In Progress on Start date instead of Not Started.

    I had the some problem regarding the task. Our customers are very upset that the system does not work as expected and as it should. We need a very quick resolution of the problem!!!

    I think you have to enable the agent "Update Tasks" in your mail file.
