Customize DKIM/SPF untrusted level

Sorting to a junk folder is implemented in "Delivering untrusted mail to the Junk folder", but is fixed for DKIM/SPF untrusted. We would like to customize this item.

For example, "None" should be "untrusted".

    Even if it does not fail (e.g., "none"), we would like it to be delivered as junk mail with the "Deliver untrusted messages to the Junk folder" setting.

    According to the RFC, the unavailability of an SPF record is not supposed to a fail.
