I agree on the fact that admins should be able to change the subject; if a user has left the company the reply message shoud NOT be "I'm away until 31 Decembre 2999" but something more coherent
it would be helpful to be able to change the OOO subject for a given user.
Based on the above I think we can conclude this feature already exists?
The current options are use an Out of Office message (this then includes a message that the person is out of the office) or create an auto-response agent. It would be helpful if there was an option to suppress the "departed employee is out of the office until Jan 1 2025" part of the Out of Office response or a standard, fully supported auto-response agent shipped as part of the mail template.
