Add CScan function / option: Scan on upload

This IDEA is is to enhance CScan to scan files upon / during an upload function.

HCL Connections has the ability to utilize ICAP for scanning files during the upload. We would like to see something similar implemented for HCL Domino.

Currently we have a specific business case, where the customer exposes an application (WebForm) via Domino HTTP that allows file-uploads. This could be a potential risk and files should be scanned before they are stored on the OS filesystem (and/or NSF).

The scanning function should be generic to also other parts within Domino where files are uploaded (mainly applications -> Xpages, etc.)
