Add functionality to change an existing database's replica ID

We requested that functionality be added to Notes that would enable a user to change an existing database's replica ID. The reason for this request is to prevent templates on different servers from attempting to replicate with one another.

    No plans to provide this rather core functionality as a clickable function in the client. However, if you really know what they are doing and really cant see any other way, then you can use existing API calls e.g. from LotusScript to change the replica ID. see https://blog.thomashampel.com/blog/tomcat2000.nsf/dx/change-replicaid.htm
