Fine tune a few Roaming User Settings (Policy)

I'd like to suggest to fine tune a few Roaming User Settings (Policy):

We make use the (Notes) roaming user feature/settings a lot.

In order to save space in the roaming base folder, I'd like to see on Domino some minor policy settings adjusted:

1) Files that roam should be editable: make it possible to get rid of

• localfeedcontent.nsf and

• notebook.nsf

for new users. Make it optional or selectable in the policy setting.

2) When creating a new (Notes based) roaming user, name the title of all databases to include the name of the user. Currently only the personal names.nsf has this:

• John Doe's Contacts (nice so far)

• instead of simply "Bookmarks" in the db title, I'd like to see: "John Doe's Bookmarks"

• instead of "Roaming User Data" in the db tiitle. we'd prefer "John Doe's Roaming User Data"

• Instead of "Notebook", you guess it: "John Doe's Notebook"

3) In Domino Directory there is a field in the Person document:

• Roaming replica servers: (internally its: RoamRplSrvrs) - make that field fully usable in the policy setting of the Domino Directory. We'd like to set it to the remaining cluster server names if it is still used.
