"Delay delivery until" option in Mail-in Database

Email delivery can be delayed when creating an email via the Notes client.

Create the email and go to "Delivery Options" and select the "Delay Delivery Until" option.
Enable the delay option for Mail-In Databases

    As a workaround we modify one filed of the profile document "CalendarProfile " of the mailinDB:

    ScheduledEmailUIEnabled > Text > value "1"

    And it works

    The user wants to implement this on a Mail-in Database.

    As per checking, this feature is applied using mail policy where Mail-in database is not supported.

    Delayed delivery is already a feature provided in the product, what exactly are you proposing here?
