Messages with disclaimers appear garbled using Domino 64-bit with Windows 64-bit server

When UTF-8 messages with disclaimers are received by a Domino 64-bit server on a Windows 64-bit server, the messages are received as garbled text.

Closing this idea as aleady exists because this should work and if it does not then it should be investigated in a support ticket.

This isn't really an AHA type of request. Could you open a support ticket with more details?

All Domino server platforms are purely 64bit quite some time. So this can't be any 64-bit specific issue.
The standard format today in the internet is UTF-8. Most messages are in UTF-8 format.

Some important information for a support ticket and a reply here:

    - Which Domino version are you running on?
    - Which type of disclaimers are you taking about? This isn't the new Domino V14 disclaimer funcitonality?
    - This sounds like an inbound disclaimer. How are disclaimers set in this scenario?

Or is this a Domino server adding outgoing disclaimer and the message is received with "grabled" disclaimers?

It's hard to tell what exactly is the problem without more information.
