More options for compact -REPLICA for view / full text index rebuild

I'm currently running weekly compact -REPLICA -RESTART for a heavily used huge DB as skipping it for a week will result in "Unable to extend an ID table" error. We are also running updall -R (rebuild views) on this DB after compact completed as failure to do so, random document when accessed through web, the web link will direct to xxx.REPL instead of xxx.nsf.

 

1. Please enhance compact -REPLICA so that we have the option to rebuild all opened views after documents are replicated instead of syncing the views.

2. Add option to rebuild full text index after compact -REPLICA completes.

    Is this still an issue (the Unable to extend an ID table error) with ODS 55 databases ? Larger idtable support was added in ODS 52 (I think), would be interested if it's still an issue.

    compact -REPLICA took a long time syncing unread marks and views, comparing to syncing documents. We need more options to exclude syncing unread marks to reduce time spent for compact -REPLICA.

    This is a bigger issue than deletion stubs. We are also experiencing the same problem on dbs that never have documents deleted, or certainly very few.

    "Remove documents not modified in the last" setting was already set at 10 and it does not help

    Reducing the number of days you keep deletion stubs will help too
