FT index size quota

Customer want to limit FT index size (the size of .ft folder) for each databases like database (mail file) size quota.

Currently it is unlimited, so they have concern about capacity shortage of server's storage.

    Introducing an artificial size quota for FTIndex'es will lead to incomplete or wrong search results. Instead of setting a quota on the FTIndex folder, the recommended solution is to change the Database FTIndex settings to use "conversion filters" when indexing attachments.
