Disable "Cancel" option from "Change password" window in Notes client

When the custom password setting "Change Password on First Notes Client Use" is enabled for users, it displays the "Change password" window on user's first logon to client. this windows also has the button "Cancel" which allows users to skip password change on first login. We would like to disable this "Cancel" button which will enforce end user to change password on first login. Choice to skip password change must be disallowed for users in respect to the custom setting applied.
