Extra Adminp action for renaming or deleting users in directories connected by your Directory Assistance

We have many extra directories connected by da.nsf. One of them is dedicated for groups with members from our names.nsf ( registered Users ).

When we rename or delete users, ADMINP will rename or delete the users from names.nsf very fast in the flow. The other databases must wait for the ADMINP Action "Rename in Reader/Author fields" or "Delete in Reader/Other fields". In our organisation this can take a day before it's started ( after the users has logged on, of when AdminQ kicks in the flow ).

In the meanwhile users still can mail a group, and receive error for not finding the groupmembers anymore.

We would like to have an extra ADMINP action to delete/rename right after the "Rename Person in Domino directory" for all connected directories in da.nsf.

Our workaround is that we kick off ADMINP every moring at 04:00 AM to perform "tell adminp p a". This will start the actions we need.

Do I understand this right, you have one or more additional local directories configured in your da.nsf? Renames are taking place quickly for the names.nsf but delayed in for the other databases?

So you want >specific< databases to receive the name change much faster?
