Notify Administrator with mail, when anyone deletes any reservation from Resource Reservation database

Currently when anyone deletes any reservation from Resource Reservation database, then Administrator is not notified and thus certain reservations might be deleted by other users who are having rights to delete the documents on Resource Reservation database. This can lead to missing reservations when end user doesn't want to cancel or delete the reservation. Once the reservation is deleted by any user, then there is no way to track about who deleted the reservation. Although "Deletion tracking" might help to track the deletions but it may not be always enabled in Resource database and older Domino versions like 9.0.1 FP10 don't support deletion logging.

So there is a feature request to provide the facility to send mail to an Administrator whenever any reservation is deleted from Resource Reservation database.
