Allow user exceptions in "Deny rules mail forwarding to external internet domains" field

Currently when the field "Deny rules mail forwarding to external internet domains" is "Enabled" then it will be applicable for all users. So there is no way to allow only certain users to still forward mails to external domains. So there is a feature request to allow exception for certain users who will be still allowed to forward mails to all external domains without any restriction. This Enhancement Request is submitted for Domino Server 12.0.x version.
