upgrade Notes ID encryption strength

Right now, the only way to the encryption strength of a Notes ID is during password change from a user's client. The admin has no idea of the strength of each Notes ID in the environment.

Need to collect all the encryption strength information and put in People's View in the server address book

The admin needs to have the ability to upgrade the encryption strength of the user's Notes ID from Admin Console.

Not correct. The IDFile encryption strength is updated when the client receives a request to do so from the server. You can use policies to force the IDFile encryption strength to be upgraded. https://help.hcltechsw.com/domino/14.0.0/admin/conf_configuringencryptionforidfiles_t.html
