Make Domino archiving fully accessible and workable over cluster servers in all clients

Currently when using a webmail client like iNotes or Verse, you are limited to using archiving on specific server (either home mail server or dedicated archive server). So if this archive server is down or if the mail file is accessed from different server, then user can't archive new mails and in some cases cannot open the existing archive database if that server is down. If you try to archive new mails then you will get an error as "XXXXX server is not responding". So archive does not failover to other severs in cluster while archiving mails. Further archiving is not accessible over HTMO as a limitation, so there is a feature request to support archiving failover on all servers in cluster with full functionality to archive new mails and also make it available for all type of supported clients including HTMO.
