Provide clear error messages in console when unsupported mail routing is used

In certain environments, Domino server is used in coexistence with other mail systems. During such cases, it has been observed that, Domino server is mis-configured for mail routing and mails can't be transferred successfully to next destination.

This includes scenarios like using same internet address in both fields like "Internet Address" and "Forwarding address" in Person document which is obviously unsupported but we expect a clear message on server console indicating this is unsupported. Similarly using Notes address in internet address field, appending wrong domains to internet address, trying to route NRPC mails without "Domain" field in Person document etc. So such unsupported scenarios should be clearly informed via server console messages. This will prevent considering Domino at fault.
