Domino groups names should be visible into documents specific to its Role only

Expected condition for Groups?

The groups set with "Mail only" should appear in the [Select address] option while composing an Email (New Document) and should not appear while setting up the access control list in the Database.

Similarly, The Groups set with ACL should appear only while setting up [Access control list] of the database and it should not appear the [Select address] option while composing an email (Document).
