Prevent users from creating local replica

Customers wish to prohibit users from creating local replicas due to security concerns. It is not possible to turn off the "advanced menu" option or take out the checkmark next to "replicate or copy documents" as a workaround.

      Hi,

      It is possible to turn off "Advance Menu" option by setting in the Desktop Policy Settings, disable the option for "Display Advanced Menus in the client" uncheck it if its "Yes".

      as mentioned, they cannot use "Replicate or copy documents" since it disables the ability to "forward \ print" such basic functionalities.

      Already exists. You can change the ACL of a database and disable "Replicate or copy documents"
