Option to set FT index update frequency "DAILY" instead on "IMMEDIATE" while creating a new mail database

I'm looking for an option / policy / notes.ini parameter that sets automatically the ft index update frequency to DAILY, when a new mail database is created.

For the moment the only possibility we have is to create ft index on database creation, but the frequency update is initially set on IMMEDIATE.

    I think "immediate" is what 95% of the users need. But you can change the frequency on creation, or later by the administrator client.
