Prohibit double byte characters for Domino naming requirement

Regarding Domino naming requirements, using double byte characters is not recommended and not guaranteed to work.

However, administrator can use double byte characters for registration of Domino domain, organization, organization unit, server name, group name, etc.

Please completely prohibit to use it by showing error when administrator inputs double byte characters for registration of Domino domain, organization, organization unit, server name, group name, etc.

A customer couldn't help using double byte characters for organization unit, then it caused garbled character in Domino LDAP.
