Required Domino's IMAP service supported on iPhone/Android

Refer internal Doc Number:1448731

HCL doesn't support Domino's IMAP service on iPhone. This doesn't mean that the Domino' IMAP service doesn't work on the iPhone, It only means that the Domino's IMAP service on iPhone was not tested and not gone thru the quality testing by HCL.

Customer would like to support Domino IMAP service on iPhone/Android(for example: Outlook App), Pls Domino's IMAP service on iPhone/Android be tested and gone thru the quality testing by HCL.

We need the IMAP account to download emails for mobile emergency personnel in ambulances.
Our requirement is that users can only retrieve emails, which are then deleted from the server after 24 hours.
Users should not be able to send emails.
Synchronization with mail, calendar, contacts, and tasks is not necessary.
If we use Traveler, the account editor must have rights to the mail database. We can only assign read rights.
Tests with other mail clients, IMAP, and a Domino server are successful, but no emails are displayed on any iOS devices after the account is configured.
For me, this is a bug and should be analyzed urgently.

No plans to introduce testing of mobile device IMAP function against a Domino IMAP implementation. IMAP is a standard protocol that should just work.

PS: can you please describe why you are using IMAP instead of using Traveler to connect?
