Internet Lockout - Option to mark or manually lock out User or Addresses

I'm currently missing an option to mark locked out users and/or IP-Adresses in Internet-Lockout DB to prevent them from beeing deleted accidentally.

Let's asume in Domino Serverconfigurationdocument the Internet Lockout feature is configured to automatically unlock locked accouts after 15 minutes.

There will be a situation where this will help to regain access after 15 minutes for your users. But what if you don't want a single entry beeing unlocked automatically?

Szenario-A:

You get knowlege of a IP Address or user you need to manually lock out.
You do not want to wait until this user or from this adresses failed logins occure.
You want be proactive and enforce a lockout for this user or address.
=> I would say having a Button to manually create a new Dockument for locking out a user/adress would be nice.

Szenario-B:

You already have records of failed authentication attempst or already locked out users in inetlockup.nsf. You would like to have a need to set this lockout to mark it permanent.
You don't want to have this entry beeing automatically removed.
=> I would say having a Button to mark an existing entry as forcedlockout would help.

Sure in both szenarios it won't be only that.

I relation to the other Ideas to also show protokol being used (imap, pop, ldap) the buttons to manually create a locking or marking a locking as forcedlockout could ask for all Protocolls at once (* default) or Protocols in a list (http, ldap, pop3...)
