When issuing set config command on a Domino Group configuration document it should show in Domino Console that it is creating a new configuration document when ENABLE_SRVCFG_NAB_UPDATE=1 is enabled on notes.ini parameter

Customer wants to add this when using set config command on a Domino Group configuration document.

It should show Domino Console that it is creating a new configuration document in the background. An administrator has no way to know that it happened in the background. Going a step further it would be even better if the creation of a new configuration document went into the Adminp as a request that needs approval for creation.
