Add "spaced used in database by view/folder indexes" to catalog.nsf data

Currently, the catalog task reports the size of a database file and also its full text index size (if it has one).

What would be really useful (when specifying new servers and/or identifying ways to optimising disk usage) would be to also know the "space used in each database by its view/folder indexes".

This data is available via Admin Client [Files] tab (Manage Views) and the data to calculate it can be seen via the "show database <filename.nsf>" server console command, but they are single database operations.

Having the data reported in the catalog.nsf as well (along side the database and FTI sizes would help save a lot of time and make analysis much easier).
