Provide a new notes.ini parameter or some setting in policy configuration document which can set the "Encrypt" field in "Mail Delivery" Dialog

When creating a new mail, in "Delivery Option" dialog, there is "Encrypt" option which is default "OFF".


One customer wants to set this "Encrypt" option to "ON" by default and forbid end user to change this setting by policy or any other setting on server side and delivery this setting to all end users.


Because there is no related notes.ini parameter and policy configuration settings in all released versions, please consider to provide a new notes.ini parameter or some setting in policy configuration document which can set the "Encrypt" field in "Mail Delivery" Dialog.
