Configuring Auto-Processing of Rename Requests for External Email Clients like Outlook

Most of the users are not accessing HCL iNotes, HCL Verse, or the Notes Client; instead, they are using Outlook for their email. However, there are valid name change requests that need to be approved. Without accessing the Notes Client, HCL iNotes, or Verse, the name change request cannot be approved. It would be great if we had a feature similar to adminq.nsf, but that supports external applications like Outlook.
