Add the ability to forward emails received on a specified smtp domain to a single smtp email address. Essentially allow a catch all email address

An example as to why it is needed is we run a fax company and people send faxes using our @faxsend.net smtp domain. The 10digit fax number is the prefix to the email address so there can be an unlimited number of possible email addresses which is why the catch all is required. Currently we use another mail server to do this function for us, but would love to have it in domino instead. That said, we also have plans to launch mail in folders in a web application for one of our other businesses so we may use a, similar approach to get all of those to one spot as well.
