Include comment fields in some tabs of configuration document

Some configurations are quite incomprehensible or hard to maintain without a simple comment.

For example, SMTP allowed/disallowed IP address : many clients populate these fields with several IP addresses, but it's not possible to know what each address corresponds to (scanner, app server or other specific device). The result is that these lists contains many obsolete addresses !

Other example, the NOTES.INI parameters tab : the meaning of certain parameters is sometimes impossible to understand without a KB or documentation search : VOP_GK_FEATURE_xxx, DEBUG_xxx etc.

A simple text field in these two tabs should save a lot of time for admins !

    For the second part of your idea there might be a solution soon. How about documenting these parameters so that you can look them up or check your Notes.ini for obsolete Notes.ini‘s directly ?
